A Wanderlust yacht vacation is probably one of the most personalized and memorable you will ever take. The experience bears little resemblance to a traditional cruise. The atmosphere is refined, yet informal. Activities are there for the taking, never imposed. You will explore a privileged, unspoiled world where serenity, peace, privacy and space are the last true luxuries. Perhaps the best way to think of this is having your own private resort complete with secluded beaches, on board toys and the personal attention of the captain and crew. Your crew is eager to please, and will accommodate almost any request as long as it does not interfere with your safety. The crew's primary mission is to ensure that you have the best vacation ever. Everything is arranged with your preferences in mind, where you go, what you eat and drink, and when.

Slicing smoothly through the clear azure waters of the Caribbean is always the highlight of the trip. You don't need any sailing experience to enjoy this yacht vacation. In fact you would be surprised to know how many "landlubbers" book their first boating trip with us and return home raving about what a great time they have had. Invariably they are amazed at how comfortable the yacht is and worries about motion sickness evaporate quickly once on board.

Most sails will be but brief interludes between one activity and the next, as there is always something else to do unless you prefer to lie back and relax. Everyone including non swimmers (wearing floatation devices) enjoys snorkeling the crystal-clear waters and observing the coral reefs teeming with tropical fish. There are many uninhabited islands to explore, offering opportunities to go rock climbing and take nature walks. On the inhabited islands you may visit local settlements, take a taxi or Jeep tour, or shop in local stores offering hand crafted gifts. Photography buffs had better bring plenty of film as there are wonderful photo opportunities both aboard and ashore.

Your crew is fully prepared to do all of the sailing while you relax with a nice cool drink or a good book. If you are so inclined you are welcome to take the helm and participate in the handling of the yacht. The captain is always at hand to offer advice or whisper words of encouragement to you. For those who don't have a lot of sailing experience we highly recommend the Virgin Islands, as here the waters are protected from the open ocean. It's but a brief trip from one island to the next, and the anchorages are quiet and peaceful. You will find your crew helpful and understanding and will soon become familiar with life aboard your own self-contained vacation resort. By the end of the charter, you will probably be making plans to come again next year!

Contrary to popular belief ayacht vacation is not only for the rich and famous. Unlike other vacations your charter fee (on average less than $3,000.00 per person) includes almost everything, from the water sports to the international cuisine. The bar will be stocked with your own selection of beers, liquors, and wines. Of course if you want to drink 30 year old scotch and vintage wines you should expect to pay a little more!

You will be welcomed as a passenger and treated as a friend. This is a vacation you will want to repeat again and again.
